Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Booking is a web link they can open from your bio. The rewards card goes straight into Apple Wallet, and it updates itself — there is nothing for them to install or log into.
Can it look like my brand?
Yes. Your logo and one colour drive the booking page, your dashboard and the wallet card together. If your colour would leave button text hard to read, the app adjusts the shade rather than shipping something nobody can read.
What happens with no-shows?
Ask for a deposit when someone books, and it is recorded against that appointment. You can also see who has cancelled or not shown before, so a repeat offender is never a surprise.
